2-5 Program in Auditorium ( Time to be announced~ around 9:00.  Set up will begin around 8:30.  We will call for classes.  Please remind students of appropriate student behaviors for performances.  Enter auditorium quietly, sit facing forward, please no group clapping or chanting.

  NEEDS YOUR HELP

Our After-School Care team needs your help.  Many teachers are working with  after school care students  ~ KUDOS FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE~  to complete TRC or for tutoring~ but are forgetting to share this information with the daycare.  Mrs. Sams and Mrs. Burchette have requested that you contact them directly if you are keeping an after-school care student.  They would also like to remind you that these students may be missing their snack during the session.  Please make sure the students are provided a snack or their parents are aware they need a snack.  If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact Mrs. Sams or Mrs. Burchette.  Thanks for your help.

THE SPRING CARNIVAL

APRIL 25th

5:30-7:30

The spring carnival will be held on Friday, April 25, 2014.     Proceeds will go towards maintaining our specialist full time at Lewisville. Therefore, all staff members are expected to attend and work the entire event. TOGETHER WE CAN RAISE THE NECESSARY FUNDS!  There is a sign up sheet for

sub-committees in the workroom.  Committee expectations are listed under each title.  Everyone should sign up for a committee.  Please do this by Wednesday, February 26th.  Committee chairpersons will be holding meetings in the near future to begin planning for this event.  With everyone's help this will be a huge success for our school and will create lasting memories for our students.

* Classified employees we develop a work schedule for you prior to the event~ thus preventing you from working overtime that week.
