  MARCH 24~ DAY 1

• EOQ Testing: NO RECESS UNTIL ANNOUNCED VIA INTERCOM.   SPECIAL CLASSES WILL OPERATE ON REGULAR SCHEDULE.
• Music will be held in the regular education teacher's classroom due to the speech therapist testing in their classrooms.

MARCH 25~ DAY 2

• EOQ TESTING: NO RECESS OR SPECIAL CLASSES.  AN ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE MADE AS TO WHEN THESE ACTIVITIES WILL RESUME.  
• 7:20 IEP (Letourneau, Choplin,Vidal)
• 1:30 IEP (Choplin, Vidal, Matthews)
• 2:45 IEP (Choplin, Lea, Hall)
• 2:45 Camp Catapult
• 2:45 Running Club

MARCH 26~ DAY 3

• EOQ TESTING:  NO READING LAB OR RECESS UNTIL  AN ANNOUNCEMENT WILL IS MADE STATING THESE ACTIVITIES ARE CLEAR TO RESUME.   ART, SCIENCE, MUSIC (will be in the auditorium), MEDIA & PE WILL OPERATE ON REGULAR SCHEDULE.

• 1:30- Choplin meeting at CO

 MARCH 27~ DAY 4

• Third Grade will be taking the Read to Achieve Local Assessment #1
• TESTING for THIRD GRADE: NO RECESS OR SPECIAL CLASSES.  AN ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE MADE AS TO WHEN THESE ACTIVITIES WILL RESUME.  
• 1:15 IEP (Sams, Ward, Choplin)
• 2:45 IEP (Mayer, Rempfer, Choplin)
• 3:15 IST (Choplin, Mathews, Jakobowski, Austin, Youngman)
• Retention List due to Mrs. Choplin today.

MARCH 28~ DAY 5

• Make-Up Testing for EOQ & Read To Achieve
• Listen for Announcements regarding the status of Recess & Special Classes
• 9:15- Fourth Grade Multiplication Tournament in cafeteria!
• 2:45 IEP (Mayer, Choplin, Smith)

Report Card Timeline:

Friday, March 28 – End of 3rd Qtr.

Monday, April 7 – Grades 3 – 5 and Specialists:

Signed Final Grade and Comment Verification Sheets Due to Mrs. DuBose by 12:00p.m.

Grades will be stored in Powerschool Monday afternoon. Grades need to be stored overnight in order to print the next day.

Tuesday, April 8 – Report Cards to Administrators

Tuesday, April 15– Report Cards go home
