9:00 Choplin, Stewart, & J. Brown will meet in conference room.

Staff meeting cancelled.  See below for newly scheduled meetings.

2:45- Mrs. Brown will meet with the following TA's/PRT (LaLlave, Miller, M. Hendrix, Norman, Sherrill, Hermsen, Burns, Truell, Mr. B).  The meeting will be in the Media Center.

2:45- PBIS Team will meet in Mrs. Matthews classroom.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9- DAY 1

7:25-8:40 4th Grade PLT

8:00- Third Grade BOG (Beginning of Year Test). Please remind students to not talk while walking in the halls.

1:00-2:15- 3rd Grade PLT

2:45- Choplin, Stewart, Dubose, Scott,  J. Brown, J. Russell- Staff development training with Doreen Bates.

6:30- PTA/Curriculum Night.  All certified staff members are expected to attend.  Classified staff members do not have to attend.

11:45 First Grade PLT

12:25- Early Release

* Classes that are eating in the classrooms or in the POD will send lunch buyers to cafeteria. One teacher should accompany the students.

WHEN TO GET A SUBSTITUTE FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES

1)    FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES & TA’s:  When to call for a substitute in event of an absence.

·       Kindergarten TA’s (Lallave, Sherrill, Miller, Norman,& M. Hendrix) for the first two quarters you may call in for a  substitute teacher on the day of the absence.  During the 3^rd/4^th Quarters you must be absent three days and on the fourth day you may call for a sub.  This is consecutive days.  If you are absent please make sure to notify any teacher that you are working with that day- if possible.

·       TA’s working with grades 1-5 (Truell, Burns, Mr. B, Mr. D. ,Mrs. Russell) you may request a substitute on the 4^th consecutive day of an absence.

·       Mrs. Carleton: You may request a substitute on the 6^th consecutive day of an absence

·       Mrs. Scott may request a substitute on the first day  of absence.

·       Office personnel (Dubose) You may request a substitute on the 6^th consecutive day of an absence.

·       Custodial Staff(Glenn, Bowers, O’Neil) may request a substitute on the 4^th consecutive day of an absence.

·       Mrs. Mac. Your title was not listed but we will find out for future reference.
