THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13- DAY 1

7:20- IEP (Choplin/Mayer)

8:10- K-1 Award Ceremony in Auditorium (students should be seated at 8:10)

9:15: 2-3 Award Ceremony in Auditorium (students should be seated at 8:10)

1:10: 4-5 Award Ceremony in Auditorium (students should be seated at 8:10)

Awards will be in the auditorium and labeled.  Awards will not be given to the students during the ceremony. Please explain the process to your students prior to the event.  Students will stand and remain standing until everyone in their class is recognized.  They will then turn and face the audience so parents can take a picture.

* Please bring a listing of names of students receiving recognition.  Each teacher will call out their own students.  We will have a program for the parents.
