Monday, February 9- Day 2
7:30 IEP (Choplin, Webster, Bracken, Ward)
12:55: IST (Austin, Choplin, Mathews)
1:40: IST (Mrs. M., Mathews, Choplin)
2:45: Faculty Meeting (Classified staff we would like for you stay as long as possible- you may leave early the rest of the week to make up the time.  Your input is needed in small group discussions).
6:30: Skate Night
Subway and Sonic Nights
*** Mrs. Choplin will not be at school tomorrow.  If you need a substitute or need assistance for Tuesday, February 10 please contact Mrs. Stewart.

Tuesday, February 10- Day 3
Mrs. Choplin off campus today.  Please contact Mrs. Stewart for any administrative needs.
*** Please remind parents of the early release day tomorrow.

Wednesday, February 11- Day 4
7:15: IEP (Choplin, Dolge, Vidal)
8:00: Choplin/Joyce meeting on campus
12:20- Kindergarten will be released
12:25- Grades 1-5 will be released
12:45: Staff will gather in Media Center
3:30- Daycare meeting in Media Center


School will dismiss today at 12:20 as normal. We will make announcements for students to leave

LUNCH SCHEDULE FOR EARLY RELEASE:

Third Grade Will Eat in the Cafeteria

10:35-11:00 Harp/Falor

10:40-11:05: Bracken/Mrs. M./Cook

1st Grade Will Eat the Classrooms

10:45 Dolge/Palmer

10:50 - Matthews/Isbell

2nd Grade Will Eat the Pod

10:55: Walek/Austin/Cossey 

11:00:  York/Joyce 

Kindergarten will Eat Lunch in the Cafeteria

11:10 -11:20 Adams, Letourneau, McKenna, Wuwert & Trapani

5th Grade Will Eat in the Classroom

11:30:  Hendrix, Huppert, Shore, Needham 

4th Grade will Eat in the Cafeteria

11:45-12:10 -Hopkins, Gallagher, and Lea

11:50 -12:15 - Rempfer and Russell

* Classes that are eating in the classrooms or in the POD will send lunch buyers to cafeteria. One teacher should accompany the students.

Thursday, February 12: Day 5
7:30- Choplin at principal meeting at CO
1:00- PTA Board Meeting
2:45: Winter Blast Meeting in Mrs. J. Matthews classroom.

Friday, February 13: Day 1
PTA Duty Free Lunch

   

PBIS Volleyball during special class time.  All teachers should be in attendance and participating with classes during this activity.  TA's, EC Teachers and office support personnel are encouraged to attend this event whenever the schedule will allow.
