MONDAY, MAY 11- DAY 3

Welcome back Mrs. Fogg!

8:30- Choplin/Barksdale meeting at CO

2:45- Staff meeting everyone MUST attend.  If you are covering daycare please let Mrs. Barksdale know.  She will have to schedule a proctor/administrator test training session for you.  This will be a long meeting.

PTA Skate Night

TUESDAY, MAY 12- DAY 4

Mrs. Fogg will be here today.

7:20- IEP (Choplin, Webster, Plasencia, Shore)  Mrs. Truell please cover for Mrs. Shore.

8:30- IST (Choplin, Plasencia, Wuwert). Mrs. M. Hendrix will cover for Mrs. Wuwert.

10:00-12:00 - Choplin/Barksdale will be at CO picking up EOG materials

12:55- IST (Choplin, Austin, Plasencia)

2:45- MTAC in Media Center- Mrs. Rich will prepare agenda.  Please send her any concerns by Monday afternoon.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 13- DAY 5

Gloria Smith will cover office this morning.

7:25 IEP (Choplin, Vidal)

9:00-12:00 (Choplin, Stewart, Plasencia, Dubose) in meeting on campus.

1:00- Variety Show in the auditorium.  Please sit in assigned seats.

6:00- Variety Show in auditorium. 

THURSDAY, MAY 14- DAY 1

Mrs. Fogg will be on campus today.

7:30- Mrs. Choplin will be at the Elementary Principal's meeting. 

1:00- PTA Board Meeting

2:30 IEP (Choplin, Harp, Mayer)

2:45- Set up for Volunteer Breakfast in the Media Center.

If you signed up to bring food to the breakfast we need it in the morning by 7:20am.  Please bring ready to serve on class or silver plates.  Label your plates.  Please cut large items into bite size pieces.  THANKS.

FRIDAY, MAY 15- DAY 2

Volunteer Breakfast in Media Center!

Teacher Appreciation Luncheon provided by our PTA.

REMINDERS/REQUEST:

• Prior to showing any video or movie to a class please preview the piece in its entirety. If you have question on the content please see Mrs. Choplin or Mrs. Stewart prior to allowing students to view the piece.
• Any staff who requires a long term substitute (after 2 days) please notify Mrs. Choplin or Mrs. Stewart prior to securing the substitute.
• If you are aware of an upcoming absence (even the day before) please submit the leave form to Mrs. Choplin for prior approval. This is applies to the entire staff.
• Submit check requests as quickly as possible to Mrs. Fogg.  She will work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday of this week.
