WHEN TO GET A SUBSTITUTE FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES

1)    FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES & TA’s:  When to call for a substitute in event of an absence.

·       Kindergarten TA’s (Lallave, Sherrill, Miller, Norman,& M. Hendrix) for the first two quarters you may call in for a  substitute teacher on the day of the absence.  During the 3^rd/4^th Quarters you must be absent three days and on the fourth day you may call for a sub.  This is consecutive days.  If you are absent please make sure to notify any teacher that you are working with that day- if possible.

·       TA’s working with grades 1-5 (Truell, Burns, Mr. B, Mr. D. ,Mrs. Russell) you may request a substitute on the 4^th consecutive day of an absence.

·       Mrs. Carleton: You may request a substitute on the 6^th consecutive day of an absence

·       Mrs. Scott may request a substitute on the first day  of absence.

·       Office personnel (Dubose) You may request a substitute on the 6^th consecutive day of an absence.

·       Custodial Staff(Glenn, Bowers, O’Neil) may request a substitute on the 4^th consecutive day of an absence.

·       Mrs. Mac. Your title was not listed but we will find out for future reference.
